Supply Chain Data Analyst

As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you work on global transformation and optimizing projects in Supply Chain. You contribute to successful project outcomes by focusing on the end to end data analyst roadmap, including data querying, data quality review, data analyst, dashboarding, and communication with client business and IT teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Data modelling: Assist in pulling data from data sources, analysing the data, cleaning the data, creating data transformations, and providing the findings/outputs to the client (e.g. via sharing clean data tables for master data, or showing a dashboard of findings)
• Master Data Management: Assist in implementing and maintaining structured supply chain data management processes.
• Data Architecture & Integration: Support data integration between supply chain systems such as ERP, APS, WMS, Sourcing, and TMS.
• Data Governance Coordination: Contribute to data governance efforts by supporting documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Project Support: Help implement data-related project components, including data migration and process improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to document data processes and assist in aligning data strategies.
• Workshops & Training Support: Assist in organizing workshops to gather data requirements and promote best practices.
• Documentation & Standardization: Support the creation and maintenance of data policies, procedures, and reference materials.
• Data warehousing management: Sharing and implementing best practices for data warehouse management, including data design (e.g. medallion data design), data querying, data asset creation for business use, etc.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Data Analytics .
• You have experience in working with large datasets coming from supply chain sources such as ERP, APS, WMS, TMS, Sourcing etc.. Its nice to be familiar with platforms such as OMP, Kinaxis or S4HANA, Oracle, JDEwards, BlueYonder, etc..
• You have a good proficiency in the end to end data modelling realm, and experience in common tools such as MS Excel, PowerQuery, SQL, Python, Alteryx etc.
• You have a good proficiency in dashboard creation and tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Qlikview, etc,
• You have a good proficiency in using data warehouse platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, and experience in building SQL queries to query data from such platforms.
• You are familiar with Master Data Management, data governance best practices, data factories and data architecture.
• You are a strong problem solver with a fast analytical mindset.
• You show resilience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• You are persuasive in your communication by delivering impactful messages to both your team and clients.
• You can prioritize your workload and clearly communicate your progress.
• You like to learn and develop yourself.
• You have a Masters degree
• Fluent in English and preferably Spanish
