As Head of Customer Success, you will build and lead Zynap’s Customer Success function from the ground up by defining how we partner with customers, measure success, and ensure our platform becomes indispensable to their operations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global Customer Success strategy, building scalable post‑sales processes from onboarding to renewal.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a B2B SaaS environment (cybersecurity or infrastructure software a strong plus).
  • Proven experience scaling a Customer Success organization or playbook in a high‑growth or startup environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish;

    other languages are a plus.
  • Based in or willing to work hybrid from our Barcelona HQ.
  • Hybrid work setup in our Barcelona HQ.
