Warehousing Analyst (temporary)

About the roleWe are looking for a Warehousing Analyst (temporary) to join our Logistics team based in Madrid.

This role supports the operational excellence of our warehousing activities in Europe, ensuring our 3PL partners meet service level expectations while continuously seeking improvements in processes and cost efficiency. You will report to the Logistics Executive Manager and work closely with other logistics functions, including Transport Coordination and Admin, to ensure accurate reporting, effective stock flow, and the successful execution of inbound and outbound activities. This is a temporary position ideal for candidates passionate about operations, data analysis, and process optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support process development on the warehouse floor focused on service level performance and continuous improvement. Audit and follow up on 3PL activities, developing capabilities and ensuring operational standards. Develop SOPs, troubleshoot guides, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.

Forecast monthly and weekly warehouse capacity, monitor daily productivity, and manage deviation and bottlenecks. Analyze and report on KPIs, SLAs, and cost-based performance. Create ad-hoc reports and tools to support operational decision-making and ensure reliable data.

Assist with administrative logistics tasks such as purchasing, invoice control, and reporting. What were looking forBachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Logistics, Engineering, Business). Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Access is a plus.

Fluent in English; Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus. Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis is preferred. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
