Marketing Manager Iberia

Description As Marketing Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for Spain and Portugal in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives. You will report into the Marketing Director of Iberia/Italia and be based in the Madrid office. Role expectations Localize regional marketing plan to local market dynamics, legal framework and needs to drive brand awareness, doctor sign up, adoption and growth within OPEX budget including:
  • Strategy Planning as part of the Annual Operational Plan
  • Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan
  • Localize campaign, sales & educational material, etc.
  • Support transcreation of key messages and communication campaigns to guarantee relevance to the local audience and consistency with the global strategic direction.
  • Local Congress + exhibitions
  • Implementation of media Planning including Digital
  • OPEX Budget Management
  • Campaign Management
  • Partnering with sales team for quarterly tactics
  • Proactively represent the country and our customers providing insights and analytics for new product & global strategy development
  • Focusing on end-to-end excellence for the products and have the ability to see the big picture for opportunities
  • Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan
  • Build KOL network (speakers, key customers, institutions) & relationship maintenance to support execution of the plan
  • Development of country market insights and analytics to successfully execute country market plans
  • Drive + own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to drive and execute the marketing plan
  • Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan
  • Cross functional coordination with Sales and finance teams to support business growth
  • Work cross-functionally with the regional and local marketing team members; in developing an idea and gaining support from all stakeholders
  • Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateral
  • Utilize digital communication platforms to deliver plan
What were looking for
  • Bachelors degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business management related field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is considered a plus
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing with a focus on Brand & Performance based Marketing and/or Product Management
  • Industry background in the medical device field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand (preferred)
  • Analytical thinking & data driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organized and with sense of urgency
  • Proactive mindset and able to work with autonomy
  • Passionate, positive, and energetic and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups.
