- Function as the central point of contact for mobile employees, providing specialized guidance on all aspects of mobility processes, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as the key liaison between the client, internal stakeholders, and functional teams regarding mobility-related processes and policies.
- Act as the primary point of communication for the clients external suppliers in matters of mobility processes and policies.
- Promptly and effectively address all inquiries, ensuring questions, concerns, and requests for information are thoroughly resolved.
- Communicate global mobility policies and procedures to all stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Diligently record and oversee employee data within the global mobility system, adhering to data privacy regulations.
- Manage and coordinate essential documentation, approvals, and compliance for a variety of mobility arrangements.
- As you gain expertise, become a go-to resource for complex global mobility issues, collaborating with the clients global mobility team to develop effective solutions.
- Conduct detailed analyses and assessments of unique assignment scenarios, employing best practices in global mobility to reduce risks and ensure positive outcomes.
- Rigorously enforce global mobility policies and guidelines, and manage any necessary deviations or exceptions in partnership with the clients mobility team.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with assignees, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction throughout their international assignments.
- Proactively seek opportunities to add value to clients through the organizations services.
- Advocate for the clients needs and priorities internally, striving to boost client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of work in progress (WIP) for efficient management and oversight.
- University degree in Law or Labor Relations
- >3 years of professional experience
- Fluent both in Spanish and English, a third international language is valuable
- Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation, and proactivity. Capacity to coordinate various teams in different locations internationally
- Fast learning and change adaptability abilities
- Familiar with the Authorities e-portal, and IT tools including Microsoft Office, Alteryx, or PowerBi
