Functional Analyst

Functional Analyst (Mid Level) Location:  Madrid - Serrano Street (city center) Format:  Hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office) At Ultrai , we believe in building tech that actually makes sense - clean, smart, and scalable. Were looking for a Middle-Level Functional Analyst  to join our product and tech team, working closely with the CTO  and Head of Product  in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment. Your responsibilities Write clear, precise, and highly detailed technical documentation  that speaks to both developers and product teams.

Review documents obsessively - accuracy and attention to detail are a must. Take thorough technical notes  during meetings to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Support the CTO in organizing and following up on sprint progress  (note: you wont be responsible for full sprint tracking).

Collaborate daily with the CTO and Head of Product to refine and elevate technical specs . Design simple UX wireframes  that follow existing guidelines to improve user understanding and tool usability. Be proactive : anticipate team needs, propose documentation/process improvements, and help make things smoother.

What are we looking for? 2-4 years of experience in a similar role Strong communication and organizational skills English proficiency (C1) Ability to think critically and synthesize complex information A love for structure, clarity, and elegant documentation Bonus if youve worked in agile environments or with cross-functional product teams What do we offer?
