If you are encouraged to do great things, join our team! \_\_Job Overview: \_\_ We are seeking a \_\_talented, enthstic, and experienced individual\_\_ to join our \_\_Customer Service team\_\_ as a \_\_Customer Success Manager\_\_. This critical role ensures a seamless experience throughout the customer journey, driving satisfaction and engagement with our SaaS solution. You will play a dynamic role, blending customer experience assurance with a touch of project management. Collaboration is key, as youll work closely with our Sales and Product teams, providing valuable customer insights to enhance our offerings. \_\_Responsibilities: \_\_ As a \_\_Customer Success Manager\_\_, youll be the key point of contact for ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value they derive from our products. This \_\_customer-facing role\_\_ is integral to onboarding clients effectively and driving their ongoing success. Youll also coordinate internal resources to ensure excellence at every stage of the customer relationship. \_\_Main functions: \_\_
  • \_\_Customer Onboarding: \_\_ Conduct technical assessments and create onboarding timelines with the Project management team, and provide product training and education.
  • \_\_Customer Care: \_\_ Manage relationships, address escalations, conduct proactive check-ins, and monitor customer health metrics.
  • \_\_Cross-Functional Collaboration: \_\_ Support sales, provide product feedback, and contribute to improving overall customer experience.
  • \_\_Data Analysis & Reporting: \_\_ Analyze data to identify trends, report on customer success metrics, and propose improvements.
  • \_\_Brand Ambassador\_\_: Represent Green Eagle Solutions as a trusted partner to our customers.
  • \_\_Documentation: \_\_ create and update documentation about new and existing product functionalities to guarantee adequate state of art articles and customer success material.
\_\_Experience/Skills Required\_\_
  • \_\_Experience\_\_: 3 to 6 years in customer service roles within tech-focused companies. Background in project management or operations is a plus.
  • \_\_Languages\_\_: Fluency in \_\_English (C1 level)\_\_ and \_\_Spanish\_\_ is required. Additional languages are a plus.
  • \_\_Tech-Savvy\_\_: Strong understanding of integrating and using B2B products.
  • \_\_Exceptional Communication Skills\_\_: Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • \_\_Proven Track Record\_\_: Success in B2B, fast-paced environments.
  • \_\_Industry Knowledge\_\_: Experience or knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a bonus.
