Your Responsibilities Gathering and analysing customer requirements in the VCF / SDDC environment Creating and coordinating concepts Conducting strategy workshops and providing consulting on architecture and design Developing implementation roadmaps based on strategic decisions Implementing designed solutions High‑end troubleshooting What You Should Bring At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the Software Defined Data Center field (e.g., VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF) Confident, analytical, and conceptual skills with a teamwork and customer‑orientation mindset Proficiency in Linux and Windows systems Experience working with IP networks Fluent Spanish and very good English skills Ideally You Have Hands‑on experience with HCI solutions such as VMware VCF Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Site Recovery Manager) Familiarity with VMware networking solutions like NSX VMware certifications (VCP) Experience in Data Center Automation (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell) Ability to work according to ITIL recommendations and agile methodologies Intensive onboarding and regular training are not just on paper for us but are a given for all our employees. Implementar soluciones diseñadas. Acompañar a los clientes en su operación y mejora de sus entornos Cloud. Ayuda en la resolución de problemas avanzada. Quien eres 2-3 años de experiencia profesional en Software Defined Data Centers (ej. VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF). Habilidades analíticas y conceptuales, trabajo en equipo y orientación al cliente. Dominio de sistemas Linux y Windows. Experiencia en redes IP. Fluidez en español y muy buen nivel de inglés. Sería ideal si también Experiencia práctica con soluciones HCI como VMware VCF. Experiencia en soluciones de backup y recuperación ante desastres (ej. Site Recovery Manager). Conocimientos en soluciones de redes VMware como NSX. Experiencia en automatización de centros de datos (Terraform, PowerShell). Capacidad para trabajar según las recomendaciones de ITIL y/o metodologías ágiles.
