Position: Sales Senior Executive

Location: Madrid, Spain

• Independently build and manage executive-level client relationships within the Spanish textile market, growing a profitable portfolio through lead generation, qualification, consultation, negotiation, and closure.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets (quarterly and annual).
• Actively contribute to sales and marketing strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Participate in special projects and support cross-functional initiatives when required.

• Spanish native. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• A results-driven professional with a natural ability to solve problems, work independently to exceed KPIs, all with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales, import/export, sourcing, trading, or supply chain (Textiles, TIC industry, International Business or Supply Chain preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, TIC industry, International Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline)
• A strong personal sense of style and the ability to embody our brand's image are important for this client-facing role.
