Join a leading outsourcing Empresa in España, providing customer and technical support. You will be directly employed by the Spanish Empresa. Remote work model following training on-site in Barcelona Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join the team in Barcelona. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, addressing delivery issues, product questions, refunds, and payment matters. Proficient or bilingual level of Dutch (C2) Advanced level of English (B2/C1) Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales (preferably in a luxury brand) Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week) Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Performance bonus: up to €3,000 gross/year Central office Ubicación in Barcelona + Remote work model following training Fully paid training on the Empresa and the project Career development programs and specialised training courses Real Recruitment Solutions is a recruitment agency that supports you throughout the interview process.
