Are you passionate about the world of production and looking for a challenging project in a multinational environment where you can develop both personally and professionally? This is your opportunity!

Your mission will be: Shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over people and processes.

• Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.
• Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.
• Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).
• Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the safety of people and facilities.
• Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls.
• Immediate management of breakdowns. Coordination with Maintenance.
• Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.

• Continuous Training with annual Training Plans.
• Flexibility: Flexible working hours and annual vacations.
• Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered).
