We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer for our España Market Join our dynamic European team! Key Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop Manage the extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness Assist the field service team to complete the site commissioning work Responsible for technical support related SOP and guidance document preparation and release Conduct the After-Sales AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building. Lead the development of after-sales service tools Requirements: Electrician experience (electric certificate+ required) Strong learning ability and execution, project management background Business fluent English and Spanish language skills , Chinese language skills would be considered a big plus PCS or DC system experience is preferred, Good ability in communicating with the local After Sales team Quick response (have overtime awareness and conditions), strong execution, initiative, can bear hardships Idealy BESS industry background or respective experience
