In CTGE we are looking for an Reception & Attendance Specialist to join our Administrative Office team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and support in different tasks: Chinese Delegation management: Providing information and itinerary preparation before the arrival of delegations. Responsible for arranging vehicles, accommodation, dining, etc. required for the reception of delegations. Coordinating and supporting relevant departments during the delegations' stay in Europe. Responsible for relevant budget application and subsequent reimbursement work in our SAP system. Responsible for recording and archiving relevant information after the reception of delegations. Other administrative work related. Apartment management: Responsible for searching for and visiting flats for the Empresa, when necessary. Negotiate with real estate agencies or landlords about the rental conditions. Coordinate with departments on the contracts and payment. Liaise with cleaning companies to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of both collective and individual apartments. Assist in handling reimbursement processes related to delegation reception, apartment management, and other relevant affairs. Qualifications: Degree in Communication, Administration, or any relevant discipline/equivalent work experience. Chinese (Native - C2), Spanish (Advanced - C1) and English (Advanced - B2/C1) . At least 2 years of experience working in a related Puesto. Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
