Thanks to our growth, we are looking for a REAL ESTATE AGENT to join the amazing Dils Lucas Fox team in Valencia.

Main responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of Valencia and its prime residential areas in order to source and list properties for sale in target Ubicacións.
- Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring Empresa commission policy is in place.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring proactive communication with buyers and sellers.
- Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through negotiation, completion and post-completion of sales transactions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, providing constructive and creative solutions to successfully close deals.
- Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and aligned with commercial activity.
Requirements
- Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Valencia's residential market and key areas.
- In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results.
- Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team.
- Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
- Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients.
