The Strategy: Prospecting to Performance- Market Intelligence: Identify and prioritize high-growth companies within the DACH region, executing sophisticated outreach to key marketing stakeholders.
- Solution Architecture: Conduct thorough discovery calls to align our advertising solutions with the clients specific business objectives and budget.
- Revenue Leadership: Own the complete sales cycle—from initial prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing high-value contracts.
- Onboarding Excellence: Direct the Primero 90 days of the client journey, ensuring successful campaign launches and providing data-backed optimization insights.
- Portfolio Expansion: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by staying ahead of digital trends and client needs.
Your Qualifications:- Language: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and professional English.
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, specifically within the tech or digital marketing sectors.
- Platform Expertise: A strong understanding of social media ecosystems, performance marketing, and the e-commerce landscape.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities and the confidence to present to C-level executives.
