Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking clients
Build strong, long-term business relationships
Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Monitor performance and pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and retention
Requirements
Native or fluent German (C1/C2)
English level B2 or higher
Mandatory: minimum 1 year of sales experience (Account
Management, B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Results-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
EU passport or valid work permit for España
