WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT As a full stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web sites and web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, business analyst, project managers and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Your job will require a strong experience on providing the best immersive digital experience for our customers with omni-channel delivery while ensuring good performance and aesthetic design. RESPONSIBILITIES - Experience with implementing web applications in HTML, CSS and Angular FE technology - Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions for web and dashboard applicationsKnowledge and experience with Java 8 for backend development - Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders to produce high-fidelity designs, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Conduct user research to deeply understand the needs and pain points of customers, particularly within the agriculture domain, incorporating insights into design decisions. - Conduct usability testing to validate designs, iterating as needed to optimize user experience. OUR MAIN REQUIREMENTS - 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and development, particularly with data visualization preferably in the agriculture industry. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience. - Portfolio showcasing redesign projects, emphasizing user-centered design and problem-solving in complex applications. - Proficiency with Design Thinking, Agile, and design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
