We have an excellent job opportunity for Field Service Engineers based in Valladolid or close areas, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless operation of our electro‑mechanical medical devices.

• Maintain, fix and complete Field Corrective Actions effectively on our devices in line with specified service requirements and customer contractual agreements.
• Manage and help resolve device integration and network connectivity problems with connected devices.
• Report all relevant service activities in our service systems and datasheets to maintain accurate service data.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable service and quality requirements to deliver outstanding results.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and partnerships with customers, team members, and business contacts.
• Deliver appropriate user training and demos to customers to ensure they can operate our devices successfully.

• A technical degree, diploma, or certificate in electro‑mechanics or a similar field.
• Experience as a service engineer or technician on electro‑mechanical devices along with a strong understanding of electronics, electro‑mechanics.
• Good IT and computer setting skills.
• Adaptable to carrying out different tasks based on the daily scheduling.
• Quality‑driven, customer‑focused and collaborative.
• Fluent in local language as well as capacity to communicate in English.
• Availability to travel
