DevSecOps Engineer | Tech Start up (€200m+ raised) | Immediate Start | Zaragoza (Hybrid)

ResponisibilitiesLead the DevSecOps practices and processes within the organizationDevelop and implement DevSecOps strategies for the organization.Mentor other engineers in the adoption of Cybersecurity best practices.Work with development and operations teams to automate security-based principles.Identify and implement tools and processes to improve software development and delivery.Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.Help deploy our software stack to Fortune 500 clients' servers.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; alternatively, significant work experience as a Software Engineer, with strong emphasis on Cybersecurity.3+ years of experience working as DevSecOps Engineer.Strong competence with Network Architecture and related technologies in AWS and/or AzureCybersecurity competence in SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, implementing cybersecurity controls.Experience with Cybersecurity Incident Response protocolsCompetence in cryptographic controls, such as SSH key handling, logging, and auditing.Competence with Key Management Service, key rotation solutions, and automation.Candidates with AWS, Azure and/or Security certifications will be prioritized, especially AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Advanced Networking. Additional certifications in Cybersecurity and/or Networking (CCNA, CCNP, etc) are highly desirable.Experience designing & building solutions with strong focus on AWS Security and Network services. Strong competence in AWS Guard Duty, Config, Security Hub, Inspector, Control Tower, IAM policies, VPC Flow Logs, as well as corresponding services in Azure.Solid understanding and knowledge of standard DevOps practices. Hands-on experience required in development, deployment, and production environments.Proficiency with one or more programming languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc).
