**Account Manager

**CX Account Manager
** team to the Sig level.
As part of the team in charge of
**upselling and crosselling our product
**, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with clients and driving retention and upselling initiatives.
**About the team
** Our Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial.

**What you'll do
** * You are responsible for developing a portfolio of
**200-300 accounts
**.Your role involves proactive engagement and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction and retention.
* **Sales Growth:
** Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
* **Portfolio prioritization and customer support:
** Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
* **Product Promotion:
** Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.
* **Collaboration:
** Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.
* **Customer Engagement:
** Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
