What You’ll Do Deliver world‑class customer service to both internal and external customers. Support regional customer service activities, including accurate order entry, quotations, RMAs , and the creation and maintenance of special specifications. Communicate proactively with customers and sales representatives regarding deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution , working closely with your supervisor and peers. Complete and successfully pass all required Customer Service certifications . Apply sound judgment, previous experience, and Empresa policies to resolve standard, in‑region customer issues . Assist with customer feedback tracking and actively contribute to initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Follow and promote Empresa Values, Principles of Operation, and World‑Class Manufacturing principles . Embrace a mindset of Understand. Create. Simplify. Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include office administration or regional support tasks , depending on business needs. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service , preferably within industrial or energy‑related environments. Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience. Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems and tools. Ability to learn technical concepts and product details . Excellent written and verbal communication skills , including documentation and proofreading. Strong team player with the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take on new responsibilities . Languages required: Spanish – Native French – Fluent English – Fluent Why Join SEL?
