About the role As an After Sales Agent for the German market (based in Valencia), you will support existing customers of a leading European office supply brand. You will contact customers who have already placed orders to make sure everything runs smoothly, answer questions, and introduce relevant products that can improve their setup. Your focus is on creating a helpful, friendly experience while identifying natural upsell opportunities. Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but motivation and attitude matter most.
