About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Administrator to join our team in Zaragoza, Spain. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in safety administration who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced construction or industrial environment. The role will support the project’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and maintaining site safety programs and procedures.
Support EHS managers and site supervisors with documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
Coordinate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and induction programs.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Help ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
Monitor site conditions and report any unsafe acts or hazards.
Support communication between project teams, contractors, and safety personnel.
Prepare and distribute safety-related communications, statistics, and reports.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety administrative/ support role, preferably in construction, industrial, or engineering environments.
Basic knowledge of EHS regulations and safety management systems .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English ; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Relevant certification or training in Health and Safety is preferred.
