Take your career to the Sig level as a Software Engineer.
Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across scripting, integration, incident management, and stakeholder support. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP).
Familiarity with programming languages suitable for building maintainable and production-ready applications (e.g., Java, C#, Go, C++).
Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing M-shaped skills to contribute in multiple areas.
Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile events.
Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence.
Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing the product value of the team’s work.
Engage in continuous learning and improvement, focusing on both technical skills and process enhancements.
Support and practice continuous integration, delivering automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate with other teams to integrate efforts effectively.
Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for both successes and failures.
Foster successful team dynamics through effective human interaction, including participation in team-building activities.
