EU - Senior GTM Manager (Local Hire in España)

Ubicación: Madrid, España, 100% on site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap Planning: Understand the competitive landscape of the smartphone industry in the European market as well as channel partner needs, identify consumer insights, and provide optimization and improvement suggestions for product planning, iteration, and definition based on frontline sales feedback.

• Product Go-to-Market Management: Based on the objective of maximizing long-term product performance (sales volume / profit / revenue), develop go-to-market strategies for assigned products, including but not limited to product launch rhythm, product portfolio strategy, pricing strategy, and shelf-placement strategy; drive alignment and execution across sales, marketing, and product teams.

• Full Product Lifecycle Management: Organize sales forecasting and coordinate production capacity requirements; monitor product sales and inventory throughout the entire lifecycle and make necessary adjustments; formulate product phase-out and inventory clearance strategies and ensure execution; manage product alUbicación and pricing throughout the lifecycle to ensure commercial success and business performance.

• Collaborate with supply chain and sales operations teams to ensure timely product delivery according to supply and demand requirements.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience, with familiarity in the smartphone and/or IoT industry; candidates with successful go-to-market experience in smartphones, tablets, wearables, earphones, or related products will be preferred.

• Strong capability in developing and executing product lifecycle solutions, with structured project management skills across different business layers; able to maximize product profitability through inventory and pricing management.

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in online/offline business operations, channel management, marketing, and commercial product operations.

• Working proficiency in both Chinese and English.
