Are you an experienced Consumer Products Marketing professional with a background in licensed brands?

We're partnering with a global entertainment business to find a Marketing Lead to drive consumer products marketing across España, working with world-class licensees, major retailers and internationally recognised brands.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll lead integrated marketing campaigns across España, working closely with licensees, retail partners and internal cross-functional teams to maximise the visibility and commercial success of a diverse portfolio of licensed consumer products.

The role combines approximately 60–70% retail marketing with 30–40% licensee marketing, delivering campaigns that span digital, social, influencer, experiential and in-store activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated consumer products marketing campaigns across España.
  • Partner with licensees to create impactful marketing plans supporting licensed product launches.
  • Drive retail marketing activations with leading Spanish retailers across multiple categories.
  • Collaborate with commercial, PR, publicity, social and events teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.
  • Adapt global marketing initiatives for the Spanish market.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and marketing agencies.
What We're Looking For
  • Approximately 8+ years' marketing experience (exceptional candidates with 6–7 years' highly relevant experience will also be considered).
  • Proven experience within Consumer Products Marketing.
  • Experience working in a licensing environment, either on the licensor or licensee side.
  • A broad marketing background covering retail, brand, digital and experiential marketing.
  • Strong campaign management and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Native or fluent Spanish and fluent English.
