To strengthen our Logistics-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Transport Planner!

Puesto Purpose

As our Transport Planner, you'll coordinate and optimize the end-to-end order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning. The role ensures seamless communication among customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, while striving to maximize service levels, reduce costs, and support the continuous improvement of logistics operations across EMEA.

For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our Ubicación in Bönen or F r echen (Alemania) or our Madrid (España) office or our office in Agrate Brianza (Italia). The chosen Ubicación will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate the entire order processing and fulfillment process, including transport
  • planning
  • Professional communication with our customers, logistic partners and internal stakeholders
  • Optimization of routes and transport in order to reduce freight costs and ecological footprint
  • Provide support in ensuring and coordinating stock availability
  • Proactively work to maximize our service levels, customer satisfaction
  • Proactive work achievements of departmental and personal targets
  • Part of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize our logistics across Europe
  • Order Processing: Managing ocean freight imports (FCL and LCL) from booking through delivery.
  • Documentation: Preparing, reviewing, and processing freight documents (e.g., bills of lading).
  • Customs Clearance: Handling import customs formalities and preparing customs declarations.
  • Coordination : Booking cargo space with shipping lines and organizing inland transport by truck or rail.

Your profile

  • Relevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international context.
  • Experience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly
  • desirable.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in German at a native-speaker level. Good communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English ; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to optimize routes and transport to reduce costs and environmental impact.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
  • Competence in using logistics, order management, and planning systems.
