IPS is an international Empresa with inhouse Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries, Automation and Architecture. Now, we are looking for a Junior Energy engineer in our office in Madrid, España. Intermediate Energy Engineer will develop the group IPS process and sustainability services while contributing to projects related to sustainable initiatives, energy audits and assessment in industrial environments. The candidate should have experience in the field of environmental technologies and low carbon energies. It is key that the candidate has good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, strategic thinking and a good network to provide insights on the moves of the industry and the implementation of the services. As a Energy engineer, you will develop: Assessment of industrial projects to optimise energy consumption and define alternative technologies and energy sources, supporting the transition towards carbon neutrality. Support to commercial development activities across the following areas: Energy efficiency in industrial environments, waste-to-energy solutions and self-consumption initiatives Emissions measurement, analysis of alternatives and emissions management. Energy transition projects Economic and financial analysis of projects. Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Chemical or Related Fields) ~2–4 years of relevant experience in industrial or Energy related Projects. ~ Knowledge of HVAC systems and heating technologies used in industrial or building environments. ~ Proven experience in sustainable Energy and Energy efficiency projects within industrial environments. ~ Strong Communications Skills in English and Spanish, German/French is considered a plus. ~ Permanent contract ~ ⚕️ Specialized in-house trainings designed to help you to get your Sig career step. ~ Top clients and innovative projects. ~ with Open Office Layout for you to meet co-workers and increase the outside-the-box thinking. ~ Excellence, Innovation, Sustainability are a must in our projects.
