Funciones:

  • Tu principal misión será contactar con empresas instaladoras de equipamiento de hogar para las operaciones generadas en centro comercial y establecer contacto con los clientes después de la venta para verificar su satisfacción y resolver posibles incidencias.

  • Brindar asesoramiento y soporte técnico a los clientes sobre el uso adecuado de los productos o servicios adquiridos.

  • Gestionar y solucionar reclamaciones, devoluciones o garantías, asegurando una resolución satisfactoria para el cliente.

  • Capacidad de comunicarte de manera efectiva con los clientes, teniendo conocimientos técnicos para identificar y resolver problemas, capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y habilidades de resolución de problemas.

  • Se precisa carnet de conducir y posibilidad de movilidad puntual a Navarra.

Requisitos:

  • Habilidades comunicativas.
  • Organización y trabajo en equipo.
