Como parte del equipo de la Sección de Ultrafrescos, liderado por el/la Responsable de la Sección, tus funciones serán:

  • Recepcionar la mercancía asegurando la frescura y condiciones de entrada de la fruta y la verdura.
  • Preparar y exponer las frutas y verduras y demás productos de la sección asegurando la calidad, cantidad y mejor presentación de productos.
  • Realizar escandallos, cálculo de rendimiento, mermas, etc.
  • Controlar el stock existente, como apoyo al Responsable en la realización de inventarios y pedidos y para garantizar el nivel de existencias y variedad en los productos.
  • Controlar y retirar los productos que no respondan a los estándares de frescura exigidos.
  • Limpiar, ordenar y supervisar el material y utensilios, así como las instalaciones de la sección.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
Nos encantará conocerte si sientes pasión por el comercio, el food y las personas, y si cuentas con: - Experiencia previa como Frutero/a o Ayudante de Frutería. - Educación Secundaria Obligatoria.. - Formación sobre manipulación de alimentos/seguridad alimentaria. - Conocimientos sobre manejo de utensilios propios de frutería. - Herramientas de ofimática a nivel básico.
