Key responsibilities will include:- Leads and/or supports material, design and/or process changes to existing products by following design control process and generating well-documented research and analyses records.
- Leads and/or support activities for continuous process improvement and production continuity
- Leads the coordination of project activities that involve multi-functional group
- Conducts process characterization of processes using design of experiments (DOE)
- Plan and supports process vaations including IQ,OQ,PQ,PPQ
- Plan and performs hands-on benchtop studies, solving and/or root-cause-analysis to evaluate product performance & improvements
- Demonstrate strong drive for results and clear accountability for successful and accuratepletion of designated tasks and projects
- Ensurespliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through appropriatemunication, training, and education of sound engineering principles
- BS in engineering (mechanical, chemical, biomedical)
- Good english level
- 1-3 years experience with manufacturing processes
