Part time Non-Media Advisor
The aim of Samaritans’ awarding-winning media gelines work is to support the media industry, and others across the suie prevention sector, in approaching the topic of suie responsibly.
With a good working knowledge of the media industry you’ll put your experience inmunications and engagement, along with your passion for suie prevention, to good use.
As Media Adviser you’ll lead on our work with local suie prevention partners to support them inmunicating on issues relating to suie and self-harm, including campaigns and responding to local issues.
You’ll need excellentmunications and engagement skills, an ability to influence others, along with experience of producing reports and interpreting data to rmend change. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in our campaign to reduce suies in the UK.

- Initially an 12 month fixed term contract
- Part time, (17 hours per week) with flexible working practices
- £33,850 pro-rata (full time salary)
- Hyb working – This role is ‘linked’ to our central office (Ewell), with the choice to work from the office or from home to meet your needs.
