We are looking for telemarketers who are fluent in the following languages as well as English to join our team in Marbella at our office situated at the Santa Clara Golf course in Marbella. Applicants must be able to legally work in Spain (NIE/TIE/Residency in place) and have a car as the office is based on a Golf Course and there is no public transport....

We are looking for telemarketers who are fluent in the following languages as well as English to join our team in Marbella at our office situated at the Santa Clara Golf course in Marbella. We need Polish and Danish speakers and someone to deal with our UK market as well. We are a highly successful international real estate agency with more than 20 years of experience on the Costa del Sol. Responsibilities:

• Dealing with iing inquiries from clients via email and telephone (many qualified leads) – NO cold calling
• Liaise between our on-site sales agents, potential clients visiting the coast looking to buy properties and vendors of properties / developers.
• Build a bond with potential buyers and assist them in the buying process from start to finish.

Experience within the Costa del Sol real estate business + knowledge of the coast is needed and speaking Spanish is an advantage. Applicants must be able to legally work in Spain (NIE/TIE/Reency in place) and have a car as the office is based on a Golf Course and there is no public transport.
