- Manage and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts
- Prepare financial status and transaction reports, including the Balance Sheet Statement
- Create and implement accounting policies through an SOP manual and reconciliation procedures
- Oversee account reconciliations, month-end, and year-end processes
- Coordinate andplete the annual audit
- Support the Accounts Payable Team and contribute to process improvement
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar financial role
- Bachelor s or university degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong analytical andmunication skills, with a proactive attitude
- So understanding of mathematics, accounting principles, and financial processes
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluency in Chines and Spanish or English
