Our main markets are France, Italy, Greece, and Spain. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence and Naples in Italy; Athens in Greece; Hamburg in Germany and Asturias and Bilbao in Spain.

We are hiring a HR Transactional Internship who is used to interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable indiual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team? If your answer is yes, apply toe on board and make Volotea your next professional destination.

What you will do:

• Contract coordination (Spanish, French and Italian branches) with both, Pilots and Cabin Crew Departments, being in constantmunication with the HR Directors in France and Italy.
• Sickness management, including developing claiming procedures, being in constantmunication with Base Chief Pilots and Base Managers (personnel in bases in charge of the staff).
• Handling a e range of questions from Crews, covering payroll and contract related questions.
• Managing documentation and filing process, from start to end.
• Assisting the HR Manager Crews in recruitment, litigation cases, payroll and productivity issues.

What you need:

• Currently finishing Aeronautical Management, Aeronautical Systems.
• General knowledge of Excel.
• Goodmand of Microsoft Office tools and Outlook.
• High level of English is mandatory. Italian or French will be a plus.
• Organized, proactive and with strong attention to detail.
