We are currently looking for a 3D artist and Packaging designer to join our team based in Barcelona who supports a e array of local and international clients with their marketing challenges.

Responsibilities:

• 3D Visualization: Use 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Blender, Adobe Dimension) to create realistic product packaging mockups and visualizations for client presentations and marketing materials
• Packaging Deign: Create innovative and eye-catching packaging designs for products, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and functional for retail display.
• Point-of-sales: Design and develop various POS materials such as product displays, standees, shelf talkers, danglers, posters, and banners to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Branding and Identity: Maintain brand consistency in packaging and POS materials, adhering to established brand gelines while also exploring new creative approaches.
• Executing any to highplexity briefs
• Conently present designs to both internal and external stakeholders, proing clear and concise explanations of design decisions and rmendations.
• Attention to detail, ensuring all brief requirements are fulfilled
• Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and printing techniques for packaging and POS materials to ensure durability, cost-effectiveness, and visual appeal.
• Create physical prototypes of packaging and POS materials for testing and vaation, making necessary adjustments based on feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends,petitor packaging, and retail design best practices to proe fresh and effective design solutions.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines for design deliverables.
• Understanding all technical specifications supplied by media agencies
• Ensuring all elements like reference files, brand assets, fonts etc. have been supplied by the Producer/PM beforemencing work on a brief. If not, flagging any missing assets ASAP
• QC-ing all assets before sending to Content Creator for final QC
• Ensuring assets are on brief, to spec and on brand.

Requirements:

• 3/4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in 3D software for creating 3D packaging mockups and visualizations
• Experience in the design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes to create eye-catching designs
• An outstanding eye for great design and a passion for delivering creative work
• Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief
• So understanding of digital printing processes
• Ability to deliver to highplexity briefs on time and without supervision
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A good balance between great technical design skills and creativity
• Stay current on packaging design trends and technologies
• Nice-to-haves: experience in FMCG, beauty or pharma
• Portfolio: Aprehensive portfolio showcasing previous packaging and POS design work, demonstrating creativity and versatility.

Languages:

• Spanish (mandatory)
• English (highly rmended)
• Any other languages are a plus
