The role of Senior Program Manager is a unique opportunity to join Galderma’s innovation engine, to accelerate product development and further grow the business. The position is an integral part in Galderma’s growth journey to be the world’s leading dermatologypany, this with existing and new products in both medical device and drug manufacturing. The responsibility spans from managing and leading cross-functional teams to drive high-priority programs for Galderma. The Senior Program Manager will report to the Global Head of PMO. Job Responsibilities

• Organize and lead cross-functional teams to drive select high-priority programs for Galderma
• Monitor program and team performance to ensure program delivery
• Prepare Project/Program Management plans and policies to translate current/ future business needs and opportunities into effective Project/Program Management plans for Galderma
• Execute Project/Program Management plans and policies to build all aspects of one or more diverse Growth/Commercial expansion projects/programs
• Prioritize and coordinate transformation and change Project/Program Management policies and processes if required
• Understand and analyze ongoing Project/Program Management processes -entifying any need for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Develop and formulate strategies and policies to meet business needs and to ensure program delivery
• Coordinate key Project/Program Management activities to proe effectivemunication and management service to all stakeholders
• Ge and consult Galderma employees on Project/Program Management related matters
• Establish and maintain relationship with all stakeholders within and oute the organization

Requirements

• So experience of program management in an international setting- including empowerment of others and team building
• Extensive experience of working in projects, towards deadlines and leading development/change activities
• Several working years in themercial function within the pharmaceutical/medical devices and/or biotechnology area
• Experience in influencing senior business leaders to drive program delivery
• Hands-on expertise with project management tools (e.g., Planisware, MS Teams, MS Project, etc.)
• Good understanding of financial and resource planning
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
