Scope of the position: The canate will be part of the front desk team of the hotel Camiral (5 star hotel - LHW), reporting to the front desk manager. Tareas Duties and responsibilities:
- Front desk duties, including weing guests and attending to guest needs to ensure an excellent service experience.
- Good customer relations, resolvingplaints and requests in a prompt manner while maintaining high levels of service.
- Address customer needs to make their stay pleasant andfortable.
- Deal with customerplaints effectively, reporting to a supervisor to seek quick solutions.
- Deal with customerplaints in an effective manner, reporting to a supervisor to seek quick solutions.
- Responsible for customer billing and cash register balancing.
- Helping to keep the workstation clean and y.
- Office duties, such as correspondence, email, call transfer and ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.
- Oversee and manage all booking channels to ensure room reservations are correctly recorded.
- Report any maintenance, or cleaning defects to the person in charge.
- Language skills would be an asset - English and Spanish - native level; French and Catalan - conversational.
- Experience of at least 1 year in the same position in luxury hotels and customer service.
- Friendly, helpful,munication skills and exquisite customer service, good telephone service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Excellent presence and ability to work without supervision.
- Driving license and vehicle to access the resort.
- Possibility of working rotating shifts
