At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Project Manager within Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U. in Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for managing contracts with IT software and service proers, from the scouting phase through to day-to-day management and renewal, ensuring that the cost is within the expected limits,entifying the indicators to be put in the contract and ensuring that the supplier guarantees the respect of them during the whole life of the contract.

As a member of the ICT Team at Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U. you will be responsible for:

• Promoting and ensuring the adoption and continuous updating of IT processes, seeking, and deing on actionable steps that could be taken following an audit, or periodic measurements, and updating the internal regulatory framework for the IT area when necessary.

• Ensuring the operability of all IT General contractors through assessment and Audit and controlling the SOC1 attestations sent from externalpanies.

• Supporting testing activities within the external auditor and application maintenance team to ensure the operability of the business team s SOA controls.

• Collaborating with control owners toentify deficiencies with respect topany standards and policies, as well as collaborate with project teams to detect SOX risks connected to the software lifecycle.

• Supporting the other departments in the activities related to the monthly closing, as well as to the definition of the forecast and the multiannual budget.

• Ensuring the control of IT activities and expenditure with a view to continuous improvement and to ensure the maintenance of performance against planned targets.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• experience in IT governance / ITpliance activities.

• Knowledge of the main IT governance and ITSM frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, ISO 31000), as well as of the main ITpliance regulations (GDPR, 231, Sarbanes-Oxley, ISAE3402).

• Teamwork and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of processes related to the utilities world, as well as energy management related mainly to the renewable sector.

• Experience in project management of maturity assessment, benchmarking and review of IT frameworks and processes.

• Excellentmunication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of English, as part of the interview will be conducted in English.

• Willingness to travel in Spain and abroad.

• Degree/diploma in scientific subjects (engineering, mathematics, physics,).

• Optional experience in the management of Contract Management, Vendor Performance Management and Contract Change IT processes and tools, as well as in the definition of control models and KPIs on IT contracts.
