We are looking for an IT Project Manager (IT PM) for Barcelona (Spain) who will be responsible for planning, budgeting, managing, documentation, vaation, and controlling of medium and large IT projects and programs. The IT PM will monitor and track the progress of project tasks and deliverables of internal subject matter experts and external consultants. The IT PM establishes and maintains relationships with project stakeholders, and proes regular updates to them. The IT PM manages project risks and mitigation actions. The IT PM is responsible for the successfulpletion of projects and handover to the RUN organization. Key Responsabilities:
- Project planning, budgeting, managing, and controlling
- Monitor and track the progress of project tasks and deliverables
- Manage project risks and issues
- Monitor the development process to ensure quality standards are met
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Utilize Agile tools to track and manage project progress
- Train and mentor team members on Agile methodology
- Ensurepliance with Agile processes and best practices
- Proe regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Identify and address any impediments that impact team performance
- Facilitate team meetings
- Produce and analyze project metrics toentify areas for improvement
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within budget, scope, and timeline
- Supports IT portfolio management process
- Supports Junior IT PMs and subject matter experts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Good knowledge of IT business systems and related processes
- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
- Ability to manage project teams
- Experienced in project planning, budgeting, managing, and controlling
- Ability toentify project risks and define mitigation actions
- Experienced with agile tools (Jira) to track and manage project progress
- Proven ability to drive toward a goal and manage different workstreams within a project
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent written and oralmunication skills
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
- Execute on projects where all the information is not always available, and priorities can change
- Report andmunicate progress, issues, and plans to stakeholders in aprehensive manner
