Tasks Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
- Supporting customers with different internal requests via phone and E-Mail
- Being responsible for the positive reputation of a major brand
- Acting in the interest of the customer and thepany to resolveplaints mutually with apromise
- You are a native German Speaker with an English level of B1 or better
- You have a degree in themercial field (clerk, assistant, etc.) - which can be either an apprenticeship or a university degree
- You feelfortable advising customers on sensitive data
- Having a va work permit for Spain (required)
- You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad

- Salary during probation period: 1400 €; salary after probation period: 1500 €
