As Communication, Learning & Development Specialist, your will have a key role in our Pricing & Quotation (P&Q) transformation program - Global program with 50+ countries involved....

Description de poste: As Communication, Learning & Development Specialist, your will have a key role in our Pricing & Quotation (P&Q) transformation program - Global program with 50+ countries involved. What will you do? As such, you will support the P&Q Community Manager and the P&Q Content Manager to:

• Define and deliver Community management, Learning & Development strategy
• Produce (or coordinate the production of) contents to support the Communication, Learning & Development plan
• Performmunication actions through appropriate channels (corporatemunications portal, events, ...)
• Monitor the impact of the Communication, Learning & Development plan (Engagement, NPS, ...)

Main missions:

• Supportmunications, learning & development activities (development, animation and support)
• Manage & createmunications around main project milestones: Kick Off, Go Live, Testimonials etc…
• Build and executemunication plan,munities mapping and distribution list around several projects
• Build and execute learning & development plan for Pricing & Quotation profiles
• Support ad hoc projects onmunications needs
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing teams, Digital teams and Country teams.

(External) French Qualifications: What qualifications will make you successful?

• Education: Master s degree in business/marketing or equivalent
• Work experience: two years as amunity leader/specialist or relatable experience (internship or apprenticeship)
• Highly proficient on PowerPoint and presentation ability
• Proficient in Excel
• Fluent in English (working language)
• Exceptional Communication Skills. Very important part of the job is change management while working with different countries. Hence high proficiency inmunication skills is a must.
• Flexibility and Ability to change focus and adapt to evolving environment
• Good organizational skills.
• Adept in working with cross-functional teams
• Articulate and persuasive in both oral and writtenmunication.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Ability to influence & convince, and foster cooperation in matrix and dynamic environment.
