PagoNxt Trade is looking for a Payments Specialist , based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

This role will be part of our PagoNxt Trade Solutions team and will be responsible for delivering fast, efficient trade finance, supplying chain and FX payments solutions for international SMEs that were once only accessible to larger corporations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As GTS Payments Specialist you will be responsible for developing, test and ensuring a top of the class support and experience for customers and geographies enrolled within GTS. Aptitude for building relationships, along with the ability tomunicateplex issues to a e array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience. We are looking for a self-sufficient proactive canate, who can work as a team member and deliver results under pressure. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Translates the er goals and vision of the organization into service and team specific objectives, and priorities,entifying opportunities to further enhance systems and processes by making best use of available technologies.

- Develops and motivates the Operations Processing team to deliver high standards of operational excellence.

- Delivers efficient and effective processing of financial transactions across channels in a high-volume environment.

- Prevent and reduce losses related to customer on boarding, inquiries, billing and payments.

- Serves as an escalation point for issues and works closely with the other teams to quickly resolve issues. Ensures timely and professionalmunication with internal and external customers.

- Conducts various assessments and audits to ensure department procedures are achieving accurate and desired results. Interacts with internal and external auditors to assist in reviews and examinations.

- Defines operational workflow requirements. Proes onsite support for new projects. Analyzes, plans, tests and executes pilots for payments and new technologies. - Defines issues accurately andentifies the criticalponents. Knows who the organization s key customers andpetitors are.

EXPERIENCE

Have 5+ years in Operations solutions of a major bank/platform with projects experience.

EDUCATION

Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Humans Relations, International Relations, Finance or similar degrees.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Must be an effectivemunicator with strong interpersonal skills necessary to promote a cooperative team environment. Aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people and processes. Deep knowledge and understanding of the Global Markets infrastructure and cash management industry. Knowledge of SWIFT world, payments industry and invoicing tools. Learns toentify and flag items nonpliant with regulations.

OTHER INFORMATION

Liaison with IT, Business, Compliance, internal areas and the different geographies around Santander Group. Canates shouldbine Operations experience as well as interpersonal skills and business orientation. Proficiency in English, canate needs to work on a day to day in English.
