Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with creative professionals within the industry through various channels such as job boards, social media,working events, and referrals.
• Canate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess canates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.
• Canate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with canates, keeping them informed about relevant job opportunities and market trends.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of creative talent, including resumes, portfolios, and contact information.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and align canate profiles accordingly.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, andpetitor activities to proe valuable insights to the team.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, coordinating canate assessments, and preparing reports.
• Compliance: Ensurepliance with all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition within the creative industry is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for and understanding of the creative industry, including design, advertising, marketing, and multimedia.
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability toentify and assess talent effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A high degree of professionalism and integrity.
