As part of one of its most ambitious transformation programs at AXA Partners, thepany has made significant investments with the aim of digitizing and automating the assistance operations offered by AXA Partners through the different contact channels offered to end customers in the Motor & Home business lines.
Today, AXA Partners has a state-of-the-art technology ecosystem developed \"in-house\" or through strategic partners, which together with appropriate governance and processes, allows us to achieve our strategic objectives.
What does your day-to-day look like?
As Global Product Owner of eCare, you will be in charge of maximizing the value perceived by customers, both internal and external, participating in the definition of business processes and technological solutions based on the main technological asset of the ecosystem, called eCare. Your responsibility will be to capture business needs expressed by our operations teams in different countries around the world and transform them into operational processes using existing capabilities in the ecosystem and new technological developments on the platform. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that the solutions produced by the technological teamsply with what is expected both at a functional and usability level.
What you ll be doing:
- Contribute in the creation of the product vision (3 – 5 years) & define target agent journey in line with thepany strategy and customer needs, ensuring consistency, transversality and standardisation.
- Transform business needs captured from operations organizations on the different geographies where eCare is deployed, conduct gap analysis, and transform business needs into operational business processes and new product features.
- Contribute in the design of the APIs and data models required to enable such customer journey.
- Manage the Product’s backlog, by: understanding needs and defining objectives for each iteration, based on cost/benefits approach. As well as building, arbitrating and prioritizing each item, based on business & transformation programs key priorities.
- Act as voice of operations in the tech. squad you will be integrated into that includes eCare development team, business stakeholders, by sharing priorities & goals to achieve.
- Onboard every new geography to adopt eCare and adapt eCare to realize the vision and workings of their business processes.
- Work closely with other Global Product Owners to ensure a smooth and well-organized integration between the Products at each iteration.
- Manage progress, risks, and monitor the efficiency of the Produit by defining & following-up concrete KPIs (notably achievement of benefits, AHT, impact on Business Case, etc).
- Ensure a good monitoring of the quality of the Product (dashboard, inent process).
- Ensure alignment with Data gelines and principles: Data Privacy, security, quality, consistency etc.

Your ProfileYour skills and experience
- Strong project amanagment abilities in international context
- 4-6 years’ experience as a Product owner/Product Manager, strong project management knowledge, change management principles, methodologies (e.g., agile) and tools with IT related changes. Deep knowledge of Salesforce based solutions
- Experience applying Agile methodologies & Customer focused.
- High level of business acumen and ability to formalize clearly business requirements.
- Resilient and tenacious with a strong propensity to persevere in a moving environment
- Deep knowledge on Salesforce and cloud based systems principles.
- Value oriented always looking at “who should do what” before acting.
- Decision maker & ability to negotiate, with a Leadership mindset
- Collaborative – capacity to adapt to different ways of working, always aiming at themon goal.
- Ability tomunicate orally and in writing (minutes, rmendations, analysis reports) in proper business English at various levels of the organization.
