• Play a key role by ensuring the smooth and effective co-ordination of the site’s training and development plans and skills matrices, to support our world class manufacturing excellence aspirations. Included in scope of role is all MMS, Governance, Equipment Capability and Leadership training & development, as well as relevant qualifications.
• Work closely with Capability Manager, PTL’s and Equipment Capability Team to prioritise, plan and organise training in line with the overall business and capability strategy
• Support creation of all training documentation where required.
• Responsible for all training administration and documentation, to include tracking,pliance and filing.
• Development and maintenance of site training systems and databases

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure the site training plan is executed admirably.
• Update and maintain the Site Training Plan with all training requirements including manual handling, new starts inductions, Fork Lift/MEWP training and record and supervise status of all training.
• Work closely with Equipment Capability Team regarding training requirements plans andmunicates effectively.
• Prioritise, plan and coordinate the release of Trainees with Resource Planning for pre-assessment, introductory workshops, basic training and advanced training.
• Update line/site skills matrices with changes in Trainee’s level of sign off.
• Attend DOR and lead the relevant T&D data for those meetings.
• 100% audit ready at all times.
• English and S advanced skills

Experience:

• Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office) and Diageo packages.
• Knowledge of the production environment and processes.
• Ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Basic financial awareness, understanding of business drivers, budgeting processes.
