WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Trader you will be responsible of market making to clients andplying with Santander´s obligations with the issuers Santander is a Primary Dealer with for the mandate you are assigned while delivering returns.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Market Making of mandate bonds to clients.
- Sensible Risk Management and PL Generation.
- Produce Trade Ideas and Content, engage in conversations with clients.
- Comply with Issuers in Primary Dealerships obligations.
- Comply with the desks´ flow hit ratio targets.
EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years of experience trading EGBs, at least 2-4 of owing own book and mandate.
EDUCATION
- University Degree.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Relative Value Strategies knowledge.
- Proven Track Record.
- Merits recognition from client base.
