Job Purpose

The Long-term E2E Resource Planner (f/m/d) is responsible to design, run and continuously improve the long-term, global resource planning process. It epasses the planning of fixed assets (equipment, critical infrastructure, and human resources), but also planning the most critical raw materials that require a long-term planning horizon to be secured, for different brands and across the productionwork. In apany showing consistently strong growth rates, and in aplex industrial context, the position is critical toentify in advance the capacity requirements, support the investment decisions, develop a model thatentifies all critical resource constraints that need to be elevated to enable thepany to achieve its growth strategy. He reports to the head of globalwork planning in the global E2E supply chain management.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop a broad understanding of the production processes and capacity models. Translate the production plan and several scenarios into resource and assets requirements. Contribute to the global manufacturing strategy and to the planning of production transfers. Deep dive in critical capacity constraints, monitor progress of measures of capacity extension. Collaborate with the manufacturing supply chain teams to align on the different capacity planning processes (short-term scheduling to long-term) and define meaningful product families. Develops aprehensive and reliable capacity planning model (digital twin) to simulate the different capacity scenarios.

Requirements needed

Education and experience

• Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering,mercial and or business administration
• 3+ years business experience in supply chain or production management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in capacity planning, capacity management and theory of constraints.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Experience in modelization and simulation.
• Multipany, multi-industry (including medical device) experience preferred.
• Experience with supply chain systems and digital solutions
• Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (DE/FR/ES/PT)
• Global experience, used to work in different geographies and cultures
• Experience with Lean and operational excellence
