Job Summary

You will proe support to team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to conential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include clientmunication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfil requests. You would be passionate about client service and will usemunication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operational support to Bankers and er integrated team, where appropriate
• Help manage account opening / onboarding process with onboarding officer as subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clients
• Help support Bankers with updating account documentation / authorities & Sig Lists on an ad hoc basis and within the role of managing client Periodic Review process
• Help with business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients including subscription and content management
• Help with team projects and admin (weekly flowsmentary, pipeline reporting etc.)
• Support to resolve ad hoc client queries and standard reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• University degree, preferably in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent)
• Absolute discretion when dealing with conential matters
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strongmitment to accuracy
• Good judgment and problem solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
