About the team The SAP Cloud Success Services (CSS) organization is aiming to create an industry-leading Virtual customer engagement experience that proes an easy-to-use digital entry point to self-help and gance from SAP (via our Virtual Customer Success Partners) to our customers. Virtual CSP’s will use a low touch/virtual engagement approach in order to proe an excellent customer experience across a large portfolio of customers (80-100). The objective of this function will be to optimize the customer onboarding and adoption processes, improve renewal rates, increase customer satisfaction, and champion customer success through a consistent, efficient, scalable methodology across different SAP cloud lines of business.
About the role The SAP Virtual Customer Success Partner Team is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join the team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support the virtual Customer Success Partner Manager, Team Leads and entire Team in working on two central and strategically important topics:
- Adoption initiatives: Ensuring the right message is delivered to the right customer at the right time
- Operational excellence: Assisting Team Leads / Regional Manager by proing data insights & tracking regional business priorities
You will have the opportunity to develop a so foundation and understanding of how SAP’s overall CSS organization is running.

What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Customer Success – Virtual Customer Engagement Practice Location: Barcelona, Spain Anticipated start date: 1st or 15th of the month Duration: 6 months
In this role, you’ll:- Contribute to CSS, DEH, V-CSP Delivery Framework (Customer Value Journey) related initiatives
- Support the V-CSPs in customer facing activities such as preparation and follow-up after the meeting
- Own and participate in operational excellence - focused activities (such as, but not limited: smooth campaign execution, customer contact clean-up and more)
- Oversee the teams’ regional content and process asset base
- Support Regional Manager, Team Leads, Regional Operations Lead in daily/monthly activities (e.g., preparation & follow-up of weekly regional team meetings, assignments)
- Leverage youreas and activities related to your professional growth and self-development plan

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Active student or graduate up to 6 months
- Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administrationn, International Management, Marketing
- Professional experience in organizations
- Excellentmunication skills in English
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
- Strong organizational skills
- Natural drive to lead strategic projects and to be a point of reference for the rest of the team
- Team player attitude with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
